• Drop off completed forms* and receive your teacher assignment:

2. Blue-Confidential Emergency Health Info
3. White- Elementary Emergency Notification Info
4. White- Student Residency Questionnaire
*forms will be mailed home in mid August
• Pick-up “First Day Packet”
• Student school picture taken by Plateau Portraits (Check payable: Plateau Portraits)
• Pick-up pre-ordered school supplies
• Deposit money into lunch account (Check payable: Issaquah Food Service)
• Drop-off any medication in the office.

11:15- 11:30 Grade 1 and new students Meet the Principal in the MPR and have a treat
11:30 -12:00-Grades 2-5
Take 5 minutes to meet your teacher
And bring in your school supplies
