2. Blue-Confidential Emergency Health Info
3. White- Elementary Emergency Notification Info
4. White- Student Residency Questionnaire
*forms will be mailed home in mid August

• Pick-up “First Day Packet”
• Student school picture taken by Plateau Portraits (Check payable: Plateau Portraits)
• Pick-up pre-ordered school supplies
• Deposit money into lunch account (Check payable: Issaquah Food Service)
• Drop-off any medication in the office.

PTSA Goals - 2007-2008 School Year

“Discover our children”

  • Use volunteers and funds to support programs for the children at Discovery
  • Maximize communications between PTSA Board of Directors, Membership and Discovery Staff
  • Keep website up to date
  • Include information in school Newsbriefs
  • Utilize automated phone system
  • Use the outside PTSA display box
  • Keep the PTSA bulletin board current

Discovery Elementary PTSA Mission Statement

The mission of the Discovery Elementary PTSA is to enhance the educational experience of children and their families by working in partnership with teachers, educational staff and local community. The PTSA gives each child a legislative voice while providing safe, fun and educationally enriched activities, supported by its own fundraising.
